Yellow Mustard Seeds

Round, yellow seeds milder in flavor than brown mustard.
Used in cooking, pickles, and oil extraction.
Grows quickly and is cold-tolerant.

Germinates quickly in cool weather; seedlings are erect and leafy.

4–7 days

100–120 days; harvested when pods turn yellow and start to split.

Seeds sown 1.5–2 cm deep in fine-textured soil, with 30 cm spacing.

Rabi (October–November)
