Castor Seeds

Castor seeds are primarily grown for their oil, which has numerous industrial, medicinal, and cosmetic applications. Despite being toxic due to the presence of ricin, castor oil extracted from these seeds is widely used in pharmaceuticals, lubricants, and skincare products. The plant is highly drought-resistant, making it suitable for arid regions.

The seeds germinate into tall plants with broad leaves. Growth is slow initially but accelerates in warm conditions.
