FBS-700
The Bio-Shredder FBS-700 is a very compact professional machine with an innovative multiple cutting system formed by a special rotor with 16 mobile hardened steel hammers,4 fixed steel blades placed on the edge of the rotor and 4 buckets inside the rotor for ejecting the minced material.
FBS-520
The Bio-Shredders are suitable for small pieces of garden waste, hedge clippings and small pruned branches (with maximum diameter of 50 mm & 70 mm respectively) resulting from maintaining small green areas. The material is fed into only one wide hopper and is shredded by a cutting group formed by a front cutting blade which enacts a first shredding, while 6 & 8 back mobile hammers refine it further by means of a mobile sieve. The 4 rotary blades at the back of the rotor eject the material and create a strong suction inside the hopper which facilitates the descent of green material and leaves. The discharge of 116 cm from the ground is obtained by means of a pipe which ejects the material in wheelbarrow or container. The belt transmission for the engine version make the Bio-Shredder particularly safe even if material of excessive size is accidentally inserted. Built in a simple and sturdy way, it is easy to handle and move by means of two big wheels.
